It's nice to have a manager now managing the building

Like most apartments in big cities, there are the occasional issues, but it's nice to have a manager now managing the building. Recently the toilet in the apartment developed a leak, and was rendered unusable - there was a delay in the shipping of a new fixture but Raquel was very accessible and kept us informed as to the pending repairs.
